Chattanooga-area Persian community members invite YOU to celebrate the Persian Nowruz (New Year) at our celebration in the Bessie Smith Hall on Friday March 23 at 6 pm.

The Persian Nowruz falls on the first day of spring, celebrates the rebirth of nature, and includes symbols representing hopes for the new year. Your ticket includes a persian dinner (kebabs, rice, etc.), dancing, information on Persian (and Iranian) culture, and more! We will also have a cash bar, a short program, and activities for kids.

Come for the foods, stay for the Persians!

Tickets for this family-friendly event are free for kids under 3, $15 for children 3-10 years old, and $25 for adults (plus online fees).
